Some time you get lots of spamming account into admin section. All due to not captcha enable from admin section. Even lots of spam details will enter into website.

To stop the form to auto submit and add the captcha into opencart form follow the below steps :

login into your Opencart admin area
click on left side Extension link . After that click on sub heading extensions.
Select the captcha option from dropdown.
In this page you found 2 option to enable. One is “Basic Captcha” and second is Google reCaptcha .
You can enable it by pressing the edit button on right and set the status to enable.
To enable the google captcha you need the site key and secret key . To get this go to google website https://www.google.com/recaptcha/about/ and click on V2 admin console. Login into google admin area.
Enter the domain name and select the version and save the details. After that you get these two key from google.
Now come back to Opencart admin and edit the google captcha option. Enter the two key here and save the option.
After that now need to add these captcha into form. To do this you go to left side Settings section . Select your store and go to option tab.
Under option tab to down at Captcha section and select the Google captcha method drop down. To implement into form checked the page name under it in which you wish to implement the captcha in Opencart website.
Save the page setting to implement on all forms in ecommerce website.
