Reliance JIO will subscribing discounted offers to all
MUMBAI: India’s mobile-telephony companies led for a new turning of price conflicts after the country’s most top affluent man said his carrier, Reliance Jio Infocomm, now will take charge its subscribers from April 1, but at discounted prices only.

After six months of distributing all services for free, next plan that really benefitted Reliance Jio net 100 million subscribers, Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani on said on Tuesday that Reliance Jio would not charge fees on calls. For the next economic year start April 1, the company’s already presented customers and those coming on board this March will carry on to get 1 GB of data a day and all of Reliance Jio’s apps are available for Rs 303 a month and a one-time price of Rs 99. market ruller Bharti Airtel offers unlimited calls and 1GB of 4G data at Rs 345 for 28 days.

Airtel also giving offer 30GB of data for 90 days at Rs 1,495. For Rs 349, Bharti’s closest competitor Vodafone offers unlimited calls and 50 MB of 3G or 1GB of 4G data, also for 28 days.


Reliance Jio on Tuesday said those who connect as subscribers after March 31 need to pay according to the subscription plans that scopes from Rs 149 to Rs 4,999. “Data is the oxygen of digital life and it is our guarantee that Jio will give top-notch quality and quantity of data, at costs that are reasonably priced to all Indian citizens,” Ambani said in a speech shown live on Reliance Industries' social media accounts.

FOCUS ON HIGH-END USERS - JIO

Experts say Reliance Jio is looking to fasten in customers at Rs 303 a month, and is targeting the higher data subscribers who pay out at least Rs 700 a month at competitor. A research analyst at an international brokerage company said that Idea, Vodafone and Bharti Airtel could make out their high-end subscribers port to Reliance Jio. “Almost 70% of earnings come from 30% of the customers. They could now budge to the Rs 303 every month periodical plan and obtain all the benefits,” said the analyst.

After Reliance Jio’s access, Bharti Airtel’s revenue pushed up to 55% in the third quarter, Vodafone India’s on-year service profits cut down 1.9%, while Idea placed its earliest ever loss since listing in 2007.
